Transpersonal Therapy goes beyond traditional psychology, combining elements of psychology, philosophy, and spirituality to promote integral development. This approach recognizes that the true essence of the human being is multidimensional, encompassing physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and energetic aspects.

This therapy emphasizes that we are more than just a physical body and a rational mind; we are spiritual beings with experiences that transcend ordinary consciousness, exploring expanded states of awareness.
Techniques such as meditation, hypnotherapy, regression, conscious breathing, and guided visualization are used to explore the depths of the psyche and promote significant personal transformation. Through energetic practices, the energetic field is harmonized, facilitating healing and overall well-being.
Embarking on this journey of self-discovery allows one to recognize and value all facets of their being. Spiritual and energetic dimensions are explored, helping to find harmony and balance in all areas of life. These sessions can be held in person in Monchique in my beautiful place in Nature,
online (with no interference), and in Portimão.
In the first session, I will listen to you in order to propose a therapeutic plan. We will conduct an anamnesis and immediately engage in some therapeutic practices that will help us better plan our journey together, with the many therapuetic tools I am certified. Additionally, with the first session, you will receive some audios that will assist in emotional release and resignification, which you can use whenever you wish in the comfort of your home and are part of the beginning of this journey.

This helps you in the process of self knowledge and making decisions the more aligned possible with your soul plan (the one you co-designed for your life experience and after the amnesia when you/we reincarnate 😜) During the process we access past lifes and can point you on the remembrance of gifts to redeem plus anything that may be beneficial bring into your consciousness. Energy healing session trough the heart chakra where I stay quiet and in silence focusing on this energetic center, requesting your spirit guides team to assist you providing the energy healing you most need. They work on your energetic field, cleaning patterns, blocks, karmic imprints, limiting beliefs and soul contracts that may been preventing you living your own best version. Works on all aspects of your Self: the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. At the end we share what we both felt and any information received.
